Terms and Conditions of Sale

Sale Prices

  • You must be registered and logged in to view prices on the website;

  • All prices shown are to be considered NOT INCLUDING VAT AND TRANSPORT;

  • VAT will be calculated only after adding the product to the shopping cart;

  • Product prices are divided into THREE DISCOUNT RANGES based on quantities purchased;

  • Products with one price are not subject to quantity discounts;

Method of Purchase and Order Submission

  • In order to place a purchase request through the website, you must be registered and logged in;

  • You can also place orders by email ( ) indicating the quantity and product name and detailing the information as much as possible;

  • Sending the order through the online shopping cart system will not activate the shipment of goods or even the payment of the same, as well indicated, will follow a PROFORMA where the transport costs and payment methods will be indicated.

  • The order will be processed only after sending the accounting copy by email (in case of bank transfer); in case of payment by Paypal/Credit Card there is no need to send any email of the payment ( )

Mode of Delivery shipping

  • Delivery will be made to the address indicated during registration, in case of delivery to a different address please indicate this in the NOTES field of the cart when filling out the online order;

  • We have an agreement with SDA and DB Schenker and will choose the cheapest offer for you;

  • Our couriers guarantee delivery of the goods within 5 working days from taking charge, but we must add the technical time for the preparation of the order, upon request we send the tracking code of the shipment that allows online, on the site of the courier, to follow the tracking of your parcel.


    • INTACT PACKAGING: Accept the goods subject to checking, or check the goods in front of the driver if the driver does not accept the reservation of control.

    • DAMAGED PACKAGING: Faced with the slightest suspicion of damage to the goods, carry out verification in front of the courier, taking care to mark the damage in detail with reservation in the slip to be signed. If the courier refuses to wait for verification, refuse the goods, giving immediate notice about the incident and the problem, even in the presence of the same courier.

      This procedure, although a bit tedious, is the only way that allows us to handle the claim paperwork with the courier immediately and makes it easier for you to get your damage refunded.

  • Items in Unavailable status cannot be added to your shopping cart

Right of Withdrawal and Complaint

  • The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase, has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within the period of 10 working days from the day of receipt of the product purchased, by sending, within the aforementioned period, written notice of withdrawal (a) by registered letter with return receipt to: FROG AMUSEMENT Srl Via Vincenzo Baviera, lotto 44 - 91100 Trapani - (TP) or (b) by e-mail to the following e-mail address ( ) or (c) by certified mail ( ).

  • If the comsumer has exercised the right of withdrawal in the manner referred to in the preceding point, the consumer must return the product no later than the fifteenth working day following receipt from the product, by direct return or shipment to Frog Amusement Srl, Via Vincenzo Baviera, lotto 44 - 91100 Trapani - (TP). All product return costs are the responsibility of the consumer. All items must be returned and received by Frog Amusement Srl intact and in the same state in which they were received, provided with the original packaging and any manuals and / or instruction booklets that are part of the package.

  • If all of the conditions and obligations of the consumer provided for in the preceding points have been met, Frog Amusement Srl will refund the sale price net of shipping costs incurred, less any costs related to the return incurred by Frog Amusement Srl, with value date equal to the thirtieth day after the date on which Frog Amusement Srl became aware of the consumer's exercise of the right of withdrawal.
