Processing of personal data. Privacy Law

D.L. 30/06/2003 - Information pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code.

The data requested from you will be used by Frog Amusement and www.lucansdistribuzioni.com in full compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 196/03, by which the Code on the Protection of Personal Data was enacted, and will be processed by manual, computerized and telematic means for purposes related to the activation of the requested service, the execution of obligations under laws or regulations, and protection in court.

The nature of the provision of data is mandatory. The refusal to respond involves the impossibility of providing the requested service. The data may be communicated to subjects delegated to the performance of activities necessary for the provision of the service rendered and disseminated exclusively within the scope of this purpose. In relation to the processing of the aforementioned data, the Interested Party, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, has the right to provide the data in question. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03, has the right to obtain:

  • 1. confirmation of the existence or non-existence of your data, their communication in comprehensible form and knowledge of their origin as well as the logic on which the processing is based;
  • 2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law;
  • 3. the updating of data, their rectification or, when interested, their integration;
  • 4. certification that the operations referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3 above, have been brought to the attention of those to whom they were communicated, unless it proves impossible or involves a disproportionate use of means.

The customer also has the right to object for legitimate reasons to the processing of data.
